Warsaw Filings is a public English desk of facts about Polish companies. Each page is one event: an exchange filing or a court-register extract, with a stable address, timestamps in Warsaw and UTC, and a two-to-four sentence summary of what was filed.

Exchange notices come from issuer current and periodic reports on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (ESPI for the main market; GPW Data for NewConnect and Catalyst). Court-register events come from the official open interface of the National Court Register, looked up by the ten-digit KRS number only.

We report what was filed, by whom, and when. We do not give investment advice. We do not carry live or delayed market prices.
