These terms apply to warsawfilings.com and to the Warsaw Filings JSON API. The seller is Hive Capital sp. z o.o., ul. Zielona 41, 05-850 Strzykuły, KRS 0001234003, NIP 1182327261, REGON 544443153. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for paid subscriptions.

The product

Warsaw Filings publishes English summaries of Polish company filings from the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Polish court register. HTML pages, the sitemap, llms.txt, the OpenAPI document, and one sample JSON record are public. List, record, and company JSON beyond that sample require an API key.

Paid access

The day-one product is the Warsaw Filings API at 20 US dollars a month, with VAT handled by Lemon Squeezy. After a successful payment webhook we store a hashed key. That key unlocks GET /api/v1/filings, GET /api/v1/filings/{id}, and GET /api/v1/companies/{krs}.

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell a security, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold. We do not carry live or delayed exchange prices. You remain responsible for how you use the records.

Original Polish names and source text stay with the record. We do not promise that a summary captures every clause of a long attachment. The source URL is part of every record.

Acceptable use

Do not use the API to send unsolicited mail, to compile lead lists for cold outreach, or to republish the service as if it were your own filing desk. Rate limits apply. We may revoke a key that is shared or abused.
