At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that the Company is at an advanced stage of negotiating new debt financing, which will result in an increase in the total credit limit and the establishment of a new debt maturity date. Several banks are involved in this process, including those currently financing the Company. The Management Board plans to conclude a new agreement regarding this financing by 31 October 2026. The planned financing will fully cover the Company's current need for additional cash and will be sufficient to enable the Company to self-publish "Lords of the Fallen II" on all platforms, including the game's marketing campaign, and to continue developing further projects.
